This is a superbly composed picture with a touch of something strong and surrealistic. It made me think of Man Ray and Edward Weston. I'm not meaning to flatter you too much on this, it's just to let you know that I think you did a superb job and actually managed to get just the right "thing".
Great choice of title, suddenly brings to mind associations with religion, cult of nature maybe? The pose of the model is great, as if caught in the middle of some kind of wild dance, this together with the moody sky and the black grass (blue filter obviously) oozes the feeling of awe and emotion.
The choice of bw, conversion and grain fits the subject well. Maybe I would like to see a more wide angle version of this, but on the other hand the square frame does composition good.
I would however clone out some dust (or is it a bird?) on the right and in the upper right corner. Also, maybe a tad more contrast would be better?
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.

We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

Very nice, very surreal and very pure.
